Posted: 20 Jul 2021 07:47 AM PDT Been on DS9 and the map is freezing, lagging, rubberbanding and intermittantly turns into a slide show. I've also been having similar issues in the Voth Battles both Space and Ground. Only noticed since Friday the 16th as for the previous 2-3 weeks I've not visited them. Finding my Disk in task manager is spiking to 100% Was just standing idle in DS9 decided to just run around the promenade keeping an eye on task manager with a reduced game window and saw my Disk gradually go 0 upto 100% and obivously my game slowed and lagged like hell. Not even if I was in a good mood. So I reroll. "Defeat 30 Borg Ships." Okay. I can work with that. But I'm not feeling trying to compete with a PUG to kill Borg, so you know what would be fun? Soloing Hive Onslaught. You heard me. So, I hop in my T6-X Andorian Thozyn Pilot Escort, the U.S.S. Trailblazer, a cannon-sprinkler of Andorian-blue mayhem I use when I don't feel like taking my sweet, sadistic time blowing shit up. When I want something dead, and I want it dead now, I bring the Trailblazer. In fact, I'm in such a hurry, I'ma set Hive Onslaught on Normal difficulty. That's how quick I want this to go. So the TFO starts, and my one-Romulan task force flies in, spraying phasery death everywhere. It barely takes three passes before space is green with exploding Borg ships, filled with drones whose last words almost certainly were a befuddled, "But--" Okay. 27 ships down, three to go, and the Brobdingnagian Cyber-Pickles have only just arrived. Time to mop up these lumbering space marital aids, and be on my way. Swoop in, fire up 129 different traits, skills, and consoles, and-- BOOM. What? I died? Crap. Must not have noticed the Static-y Vector-Graphics Ball of One-Shot Buh-Bye sneak up on me. Welp, no harm, no foul. I'm on normal mode; they can't even injure my ship. Let's just swoop back in and-- BOOM. Oh, that's how you want to play it, eh? Looks like it's time to bring out some pets. You can pull whatever Invisible Instant 'Splodey Ray you've hitting me with on them. I'll just respawn, hit full impulse, and-- BOOM. Okay, you griefing motherfucker. It's one thing to one-shot me in a firefight, but before I get 4 km from my respawn point? Dick move, NPC. I'm gonna take a long arc around-- BOOM. Are you shitting me? I was 20km away! What the fuck? You know what? Now it's personal. I'ma blow up my ship as many times as it takes to-- BOOM. So I don't even get to fire, now? The fuck is this? Did a couple hours of testing in KSA on tactical cubes and transformers as a friend of mine mentioned that the Webspinner wasn't applying it's 50% Cat2 passive to held targets. We tried beams and cannons, then moved on to torpedoes and ended with exotics. Only exotic damage is currently being boosted via the Webspinner passive. Gravimetric torpedo's Gravimetric Rifts are boosted since they are exotic in nature. Subspatial Warheads are boosted only if the Webspinner is used prior to the Isolytic Tears spawn in and attacks. Create a new Reputation on the Bar, have things set up where you get engines, deflectors, shields, gave Risa tech in drops while building up, and even have maybe something that pushes people to spend more time on Risa besides the vacations. That way you get more use out of the scenery and adds more detail to the people of Risa. Okay, granted this is my first year, and it's my Ferengi who's about to get his 'Luxury Freighter' so there might be some conflict in interest going on here... Wut? [link] [comments] | ||

After scouring the wiki, and searching through Reddit, I couldn't find anything close to that description. By all accounts, it should be Eng: Cruiser Command-array, Commander Eng seat, Eng Console heavy. Also has the Negate +/- Eng but there's other cards that do that for other types of cards. Then you could play as a non-Fed Ferengi, and level in a completely unique way, as all your story missions would be based around you gaining profit. While I'm sure this would be no easy task for the devs, coming from someone that's always loved the Ferengi as a species (at least from DS9 and beyond), it'd be super-cool and quite different to play a class not based around combat.
