- Trying to work out if two separate issues with equipment compatibility for C-store ships are intentional, or a bug/typo- posted a ticket about one last year but didnt get an acknowledgement- can anyone else confirm these arent just me (checked with a few folks in zone chat, just making sure) >.<

| Posted: 30 Jan 2020 07:21 PM PST I don't think I'm the first to ask, but I would like to ask, anyway: please make the new Galaxy-class hull material available for the Nebula, New Orleans, and Ambassador classes and their variants. Since they are closely related, I feel it only makes sense for them to be able to use the same beautiful new hull material as the famous Galaxy class. I am especially interested in applying the Galaxy hull material to the Nebula and the Narendra. The Nebula I've always had a soft spot for, and the Narendra is the only ship in the entire game I fell in love with at first sight. I really want them to look their best, especially the Narendra. I'd heard other ships called "lady" before, but I didn't truly understand why people did that until I saw the Narendra for the first time. [link] [comments] | ||

The first Star Trek MMORPG, and Treggies (Trek + Gamers? IDk) rejoiced. At least, the Fed fans. We wont' talk about those "other" factions. So yeah, we fly around and we blew stuff up and we boldy (ok, maybe not so much) went were no trek gamer had gone..nevermind.
Anyway, from the start there had always been the "one" request. The most iconic ship in all of Trek; the Constitution. Oh, it was in the game alright. But it was a tiny weak little thing. And yeah some hard core folks would load it up as best they could and try to play the end game stuff, but come on. That wasn't...right.
We wanted an END GAME connie! A connie that could actually fight the good fight and not drag down a STF team by making the others pick up your slack. But CBS said NOOOOO! No end game connie for you! We don't want a connie being able to blow up a Borg cube! It just isn't right! My Immersion!!!!!
Fortunately, they eventually realized they liked money more than immersion. Then came the first end game connie. The JJ-prise! And the player reaction was... glorious!

The tears flowed. Both of joy and of sadness. Finally, after years and years of begging, it happened. No, it wasn't the one (most) people asked for, and no it wasn't in the C-store. But dammit, I guess a connie is a connie. So we bit the bullet and pulled out our wallets and paid the price. We finally had it! And everyone lived happily ever after. Until a month later:

And the tears flowed again! Damn you Cryptic! You made us spend our money on the JJ-Prise thinking it was the only end game connie we would ever get, and then dropped the TOS connie bomb on us! Well played Cryptic, well played. Quark would be proud.
So yeah, we finally, at long last, got the ACTUAL TOS connie. The ship people had been asking for since beta. It was finally here, in all it's glory. And yeah, it was in a lockbox, but still. It was here. And we paid through the nose. And Cryptic celebrated. They could finally afford those coffee cups in the break room. And we all lived happily ever after.
But not everyone. Not everyone could afford to throw all of that money at a video game. There were still those who wished the connie could just be a regular purchase in the C-store instead of a lockbox. So Cryptic heard their cries, and decided to help them out. By adding a hugely expensive pack to the C-store. Hey, you don't have to gamble to get it, but you still have to spend as much as a LTS (on sale anyway).
So here we are! The time is almost here. Another great "connie release" is upon us. Looking back through the years, it's been a hell of a ride. A hell of an expensive ride, that is. Ended up getting the Bajoran Interceptor. Hello D.O.M.I.N.O. also noteworthy, for me at least, but also made out with a Risian Corvette. Grabbed a few other things that interested me then turned the rest into Phoenix Upgrades. It was a win for me but man, so much Dil gone. X X X X X X X X So with that out of the way.... With the ending of the measure or morality part 2 the leaks on twitter and new cstore options appearing at the vendors for specific Ships... It appears that this new hero bundle is likely going to be cstore Versions of the ten hero ships in the episode. Which brings me to 3 questions.

| Posted: 31 Jan 2020 12:26 AM PST the more recent one is pretty simple- the Fed light cruiser can use dual cannons- simple enough, but for some reason the T6 advanced Light cruiser cannot (just got it in that steelseries promo bundle)- im guessing because the tag/keyword the check is specifically looking for "lt cruiser" not "advanced light cruiser"- if its not intended behavior, it sounds like it'd be fixible with a one-two line edit. the other, older issue is with the Federation Temporal Battlecruisers- the Ranger (TV, TOS-styled) and the Paladin (T6, modern "conceptual successor")- the Photonic Decoy Beacon console from the Paladin is explicitly described as "usable on: temporal battlecruisers", but is unequipable on the latter, im assuming because its listed as an "Temporal Battlecruiser[T6], similarly due to the dual cannons thing with the light cruiser...
