Artifact Hunt Guide Posted: 03 Jul 2021 07:52 AM PDT Since the Summer Event started, I frequently see lots of questions about how to complete the "Artifact Hunt", respectively the mission "Sun, Sand and Scavenging". I just want to present you my preferred method to complete this mission, that takes about 2 minutes, even less if you are lucky. ​ - Go to the center of the map (it's in the vulcano approximately at the location of the white circle on the minimap) - Initialize your artifact scanner - Step north (or another compass direction), scan for the artifact. If it says [CLOSER], remember that direction. Step in a different compass direction, scan again. If it says [CLOSER] remember that direction. Do this with every direction until the scanner said [CLOSER] twice. The artifact will be in the quadrant between those two compass directions. Example: It says closer after scanning north and east, your artifact will be in the northeastern quadrant. - Now use the map and check every location in that quadrant. The one we currently have in-game is based on the super low poly CGI model. I have seen the actual studio model at Star Trek exhibits, but photography was not allowed. Advanced Phaser Arrays vs. Targeting-Linked Phaser Beam Bank Posted: 03 Jul 2021 10:12 AM PDT Having finally gotten the 10th Anniversary pack, I now have access to Advanced Phaser Arrays in the dilithium store. My main uses an Inquiry that currently loads a pair of Targeting-Linked Phaser Dual Beam Banks in two of the forward slots. The help I've found online suggests I should replace them with the Advanced Phaser Arrays, but the Banks in question are already Mk. XV epics, and my Inquiry is just agile enough that I can consistently put them on target. I can't get a clear idea of what the Advanced Arrays will look like when fully upgraded to compare the numbers. Could someone with a bit more experience weigh in on which weapons will better serve me? Summer Event Store Error Posted: 03 Jul 2021 03:56 AM PDT While gearing up my Klingon Recruit with the Summer Event clothing, I discovered that the Slime Devils Baseball Team - Home outfit is listed twice and there is no Away Outfit available. Also be nice if there was a refund ability for the Event Store.
