Uni Endeavour Azure Nebula Heads up Posted: 01 Jan 2021 08:30 AM PST Just an FYI for those who care about such things. The universal endeavour is to rescue 7 ships from the Tholians in Azure Nebula. Take a guess what is utterly broken (again)? It's the same old problem that pops up time and time again. Mega lag, with broken spawns following on from there. [link] [comments]

Current Gameprint Quality Question Posted: 01 Jan 2021 09:55 AM PST I ordered the highest grade version of a Gameprint ship when they first came out. A 12" fully-colored Multimission Explorer. Anyway last week a picture fell from a shelf above, tipped the model over and it fell down to the next shelf below it breaking off both warp engines with their pylons. While I'm hoping to br able to repair the damage, I'm also considering ordering a new ship from Gameprint. (I'm not confident in the repair outcome.) Has anyone on this sub ordered one of Gameprint's Fully Colored 12" models available at launch and also ordered their current 9" or 12" fully colored offerings? If so how do they compare? (I seem to remember reading Gameprint adjusted their processes significantly after the initial offerings.) Please don't reply with "just get an XL Eaglemoss ship." I have an Eaglemoss ship and am unimpressed with it. I want one of my ships from STO and very much liked the Gameprint ship I had on display until this accident. [link] [comments]
Posted: 01 Jan 2021 09:48 AM PST Before I spend a bunch of upgrades I thought I'd get clarification on a few items as there are far more savvy people out there on set bonuses and whatnot. This set appears to be for exotic beam builds and is very useful for exotic builds in general. So for beam builds what would you replace from the set, since the whole set revolves around directed energy damage, weapon amplification, and control boosts? Outside of science builds, are any set pieces useful on their own? I don't know if the directed energy bonus on the shields is worth replacing the Tilly shield. Also not sure any other warp core gives you a weapon bonus? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. [link] [comments]

[BUG] Abilities misfiring caught and replicated - Scatter Volley & Torp Spread Posted: 31 Dec 2020 12:41 PM PST Recently the abilities misfiring bug has become more of an issue than before. The issue: activating an ability (examples below: Scatter Volley and Torp Spread) will cause them to go onto shared cool-down but not activate. I've seen this behavior in multiple TFO maps and even in Sol space! I've also had it where every single ability on my keybind misfire multiple times in a row. The following clip shows Scatter Volley and Torp Spread misfiring while i was testing my keybind in Sol Space (*note: my keybind is Shift Key+Spacebar): https://www.twitch.tv/videos/855993749 Edit: I'm not running the Gagarin trait. Posted: 01 Jan 2021 04:07 AM PST A friend of mine and very long time player is going to hook me up with one of the box ships, and I've whittled it down to two: the Atlas and the Kelvin. From what I can garner from video reviews, the Atlas has a very desirable console, but less-than-ideal BOFF seating. On the other hand, I can't seem to find a really good review of the Kelvin. In terms of aesthetics, I really, really like the Kelvin better (it's the one Abrams design that doesn't look absurd (probably because it was intended to blend in with an unaltered TOS-era as best as possible), but the Atlas is nice, too. Thoughts? [link] [comments]
