    A long time ago SNL did a parody of Star Trek The Next Generation where Picard and crew were manning a commercial star cruise ship along the style of the old Love Boat show. The characters wore cruise liner style TNG uniforms which were basically the TNG top with short sleeves, shoulder naval ranking pads, and shorts.

    I did try to recreate it using TNG Scant top and Terran shorts; https://i.imgur.com/OI1QEhk.jpg But it's not quite right.

    What do you think about adding "summer" versions of existing uniforms (for example Odyssey)?

    The ship is in great condition. It's a California-class ship, which has always existed in Starfleet — [this is] what we're saying — that they're the utility support ships. In the California-class [line], there are three types of hull painting: there's blue, red, and yellow.

    We've extended the visual metaphor of the uniforms to the ships, and the Cerritos has yellow on the hull because it's primarily a second contact engineering ship. They show up to planets that need engineering stuff done on them in order to be able to communicate with the Federation.

    There's also, you'll see in the show, blue-hulled California class ships, which are usually deployed to places where there has to be more medical expertise, and red-hulled ships that are like for moving around ambassadors and doing more command-level stuff.

    Yeah that sounds like a reason to do tactical, engineering, and science variants.

    I have 2 torps and about a dozen conzoles I cannot recycle. I was wondering if it were possible to fully equip the only ship you have with non-recyclable/non-dischargable gear?

    So, I'm running a Kelvin Connie Aux2Bat build, but in my Eng ability wheel only 1 copy of Aux2Bat is showing. One of my Ensign Eng abilities (Construction Wing 1) ends up in my captain wheel as well, but that's fine, it works. There are two empty spaces on the Eng wheel, but you know... it's STO on console.

    It doesn't feel like I'm getting the boff recharge that I do on my other builds that use it, but I'm not positive that it isn't just me.

    Has anyone else come across this? I have A2B set for "whenever possible", is it just running in the background?

    Idea for next Summer event - Risian starship components

    Since we have seen ships of supposed Risian manufacture in game, how about next summer we add individual Risian ship components as event store items to purchase? While I dont think Risian deflectors or shield arrays would be anything standout or game-changers, how about Risian warp and impulse engines with an emphasis on speed, like the Bozeman impulse drive (making the ship fast as all get out but reducing steering control, or have the engines drain all energy from shields and weapons when full throttle is utilized). Its not without precedent, since you can only get the Breen warp core from the winter event and it's been that way for years. And speaking of which, when we gonna get Feklhri engines? The Risian Corvette is hands down one of the most fun ships to fly in game, I can't be the only player who wishes it had an engine that could match its speedy looks.

    Weird Graphical Texture Shadows/Glitches

    For almost a year now, I've been getting these weird shadowy textures whenever I'm on the ground with my toons. Sometimes they'll appear as solid things around my toon and other times they appear as shadowy textures like what's below. It can get so bad at times that these weird graphic textures completely obscure my view to the point where I can't see anything and have to rely on my map to getting to where I need to be.

    I'm currently running a windows 10 emulator on a 2013 iMac so I'm not sure if it's a graphics card issue on my end or something else, but any help on this is really appreciated in what may be causing these weird graphics to appearing.

    New player to the game here and I'm rather confused about dilithium. I've done a few missions that said I would receive some as a reward and I've even found deposits to scan I believe. Despite this I don't seem to have any at all. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks in advance.

    Just a nitpick of course, but wouldn't it be nice if you only saw your impulse trail in normal space and only saw the nacelle trail in sector space?

    Which of these 2 uniform tops do you think look most like the Lower Decks uniforms?

    Until the official uniforms are released in game, we are trying out best to make a close representation using the parts we currently have available.

    Getting Crossfield Class?

    I'm sure this is a waste of a post but I'm assuming the only way to get this ship is the Infinity Lock Box which has a ridiculous high probability of getting it thru that or hoping someone sells it on the Exchange or an exuberant amount of Energy Credits.

    Or unless Cryptic and Perfect World sells it as a T6 in a bundle like the 10th Anniversary (which I wish was kept all year for the 10th Anniversary and like a couple weeks)

    Can't find the new "Lower Decks" bridge officers.

    Sorry for being a noob. I got the bridge officers from the Zen store. They didn't transfer to my inventory or my stations tab. I also had an open bridge officer slot when I claimed them. Does anyone know where they go?
