    Hey Cryptic, I know you just gave us 3 Enhanced Universal Tech Upgrades, and that's all fine and dandy, but can we have a fix on this lag instead. I understand the anniversary event always has lag but this is outrageous.

    Since if my memory serves me well so far every year in last few years they always gave away T5 ship on weekends leading to anniversary

    so do you think they will do so again or maybe they do something special this year, since it is 10th anniversary and that is something special so giveaway should be something special too

    They removed the options for the Sovereign class refit (especially the saucer) from ST Nemesis on Tribble. Notice the missing Sovereign Beta/Refit option for the saucer. The refit was an additional torpedo launcher and a different neck for the ship.

    I think it's been discussed before and the answer was no.
    If it's been fixed I'd love to know, and if not I'd like to ask Kael and all that it be fixed/implemented.

    Especially with the addition of Mudds Market to console.
    I have the TOS Bridge. I have the TOS Boffs.
    I don't see any way to set it up where the crew are in their classic positions on said bridge.

    Little bits of immersion like that go a long way.

    You may be unable to claim they keys from the promotion tab, as the store says, "inventory full", if you already have keys (in my case 20) in your inventory. Simply empty any existing keys in your inventory into your bank, and then you can claim them.

    Hi Guys,

    Lifelong Trekkie from the UK here. I've always know about STO but never had the time to get into it. However since the release of Star Trek Picard, I couldn't put it off any longer and have decided to dive in head first into a new MMO about my favourite franchise.

    Whats your advice to a new player?

    Is there anything I need to buy to make my experience less painful etc? To that end, what is the communities thoughts on the MTX? - is the lifelong member thing worth it?

    Whats the story and levelling like?

    What's endgame like?

    Anything else I ought to know? All I know is to stick to one energy type that's what a friend of mine said who used to play this.

    Vengeance weapons help

    I got a shiny new Vengeance with my new tactical toon and have some weapon packs to equip it with. I have a couple cruisers with engineering toons and they lack the punch I'm wanting. I have the choice between

    Altamid plasma weapons Agony phasers Covert phasers Terran linked phasers

    Any insight would be helpful as I'm not the best at the technical side of the game. Thanks
