Upgrading a Tradeable Item ?

My little brother is about to start playing and I have ship weapons baking and bits ready to give him so once he reaches 65 he'll have a good jump start, As I've never done it before, Is it possible to upgrade an item, Like a torp launcher for example using phoenix upgrade tokens, And it still remain tradable ?

Any insight is appreciated.

Hey,

would it be possible to remove the Circles in Circles requirement to enter the Beta Quadrant Dyson Sphere, please?

Because if you're in a fleet with unlocked transwarp to the Fleet Spire, you can easily bypass it ...

(Xbox) Coming back to the game and have questions!

Hello,

I'm on console and am coming back after being gone for 3 years. I have the following chars:

65 Human Tac Fed (this is my main and currently flying a Intel Dread), Have VI on all reputations, AP build

65 Rom Sci Fed aligned - AP build

65 Gorn Eng KDF - AP build

65 Jem Tac Fed aligned - Polaron build so far

32 Kling Tac KDF

So a couple questions regarding my chars.. What reputations do you suggest? When I stopped playing, Task Omega had the best ship equipment, AP were the shit for weapons, etc. Now they have added Discovery, Gamma and I want to say a couple other reps. Do I need to reach full rep on all my chars for them to take advantage of the items that can be bought at those rep levels? Or maybe can I use my main chars rep?

I could seriously use input on my build as well. What do you suggest? Other than refining dil and doing seasonal events, I'm not sure what else to do? I came back because my brother started playing and we do the ocassional patrol or PVE event. What else is there to do? Are there any cool T6 ships I can earn thru a grind (other than Phoenix prize boxes)? Any advice or direction veterans can provide is greatly appreciated! Happy to be back!

Never come across azure nebula and only 1 ship spawns in, so there is no way of completing endeavor in 1 go, and lag feels like its dial up time again. Anything else broken today? (PC)

Learn the game and decided: 'I wish I went Alien' 'I wish this toon was tactical' 'I wish I didn't put that Lobi/LB ship on that character'

I'd pay Zen to be able to make changes like that. Is it in the realms of possibility?

Maybe I hope too much with the recent addition of X-flying, but can KDF use them too now ?

Since Cryptic doesn't always update all store product descriptions...I thought I'll ask my fellow captains before buying the the TOS boffs.

Hopefully yes. Would be handy having 7 ready boffs for new toons.

STO Being Having Issues Today

Went to buy zen to buy War Targ. Charged from the PS Store but it doesn't show up in the game. Than decided to just not get frustrated and build a rocket with my new Klingon recruit for the First Contact Event. How does it insert me and another player both with the yellow back pack and I can collect parts but not deposit them at the yellow work bench. Further count my losses and just Abort Mission. Now I get a leaver penalty. Seriously? What am I supposed to do, sit there idle and wait for the other yellow player to finish the mission? Needless to say, buggy morning.

I have been working Fed admiralty to get to level 10.

Yesterday I level 8 but now I am level 7!!

What is going on?

Has anyone else had this?
