    Hello everyone! Q is back for holiday cheer and I saw a few newcomers and returning players asking questions here and in-game.     • Fixes the issue properly and permanently, and TELLS US ABOUT IT.
    • Compensates players for the ridiculous waste of time repeatedly respeccing all skills, traits, and loadouts. This is at least the third time in the last two months!
    • Publicly apologizes for handling this issue so poorly. Their silence is frankly insulting and infuriating.

    yeah, i know, not much of a threat when the only harmed party is myself. i guess i'm bad at making threats. :(

    Deimos + Shran = comedy

    So...this may simply be due to low level shenanigans, as I rolled a new captain to play with the ship, but the new Deimos immolating phaser lance coupled with the Shran's graviton displacer is resulting in some fairly ridiculous mass murders. I highly recommend it.

    Less is More?

    Am I alone is kinda wishing that there were less numbers of enemy ships but they were stronger? I kind of get lost in gameplay with dozens or hundreds of them buzzing around. Its also slightly immersion breaking as its always my ship against a full on fleet of whatever species. Sometimes I can force the game to get close to it if I enter a patrol and rank up the enemy but there are still entire squadrons of ships that just kind of get in the way. I guess id like opportunities/TFOs that more closely resembled the on screen scenes where there is more tactical gameplay involved than just spamming abilities.

    Titan class and other transformation bugs

    Super hyped to get the new Titan class which only yesterday arrived on console, and sad to discover that the tactical mode is bugged. You can transform into tactical mode but not back into science mode. Based on what I've read this appears to be a problem with most transformation mechanics (see saucer separation).

    Is this something likely to be fixed? Failing that, what are some potential workarounds short of not running the ship.

    Any chance we get the remaining Kelvin ships

    I really love the Kelvin timeline design for the federation ships. I already own the Kelvin Constitution-class and Dreadnought-class. Had no luck with the Einstein-class tho.

    Is there any chance we will ever get to see the Newton-, Mayflower- or Armstrong-class ingame?

    Walker class under-slung bridge on Titan? Why?

    So I bought the Titan, and have claimed it so far on 2 of my toons. I was surprised when I visited the bridge to find that the default bridge is the 2256 Walker class bridge. Why would that be the default for the 2410 Titan? And neither of my toons are discovery era.

    Made the mistake of selling 5 master keys BEFORE buying EC cap increase from Zen store.

    I just sold 5 master keys for 38,000,000 but neglected to buy the EC cap increase until AFTER the keys got sold. I never received payment for the keys and am wondering if I can recover my losses somehow........(I also submitted a ticket about the loss, and immediately sent an update informing help and support about my screw up). Will I be able to recover my EC's from the sales, or am I just SOL?

    NPC Torpedo Woes

    I'm noticing a pattern here, that 99% of my deaths in this game are caused by a long list of sequential torpedo hits in the damage report. From the looks of it there's ways to mitigate this with brace for impact and tac team to divert shields, as well as rock n roll, but there's some problems:

    -Too much visual noise, especially from sci ships. The SFX are absolutely blinding, the torpedoes are often small and hard to see, and yet they hit with enough force to punch through shields in one shot, and then 2-shot your hull.

    -The NPC torpedoes consistently do enormous damage, I've sometimes seen it as high as 100,000+ per torpedo before resists, and that was just one of several torpedoes in a spread.

    -There is a major mismatch with the torpedo visuals headed towards you, and taking damage from said torpedoes. If you are moving quickly, especially using something like evasive maneuvers, you will get hit by an invisible attack, and then you will see a torpedo hit you and do nothing several seconds later.

    All of this just reinforces the idea of maximizing DPS as hard as possible. If you can kill the enemy as quickly as possible, there will be no such surprise torpedo salvos. Killing things quickly is the best healing and defense in the game it seems.
