Looking closely at anything, you will find flaws, and the longer you look, the more you will find. This is, of course, also true for a game like STO, where we spend hundreds or thousands of hours looking at it. However, in my experience, what exactly one sees is different from observer to observer. So, what flaws have YOU found after looking at STO for a long time? What bothers you the most? *some Klingon focused(not exclusive) story content *some updated character and ship textures *possibly a legendary ship pack *the "year" started with the first actual release on 6/30/20
What it does NOT mean:
*faction-exclusive Klingon story content *other factions not getting new content/ships *Klingons getting a larger amount of content than other factions *the calendar year of 2020
Considering all of these points, I think the name "Year of Klingon" was a poor choice and created a misunderstanding of the situation. It suggested or implied that the Klingon faction would be getting more(key word) content than the other factions, which is simply not the case. There will not be faction exclusive(key word) story content and the Klingon faction will not be getting more(key word) content than the other factions. In fact, until there is a Klingon legendary bundle, the Klingon faction has actually gotten less content than Fed/Rom factions.
Anyway, it's better to accept the reality of what the YOK is than pretend it is something it's not. [link] [comments] | ||
