| How did I just witness Orbital Strike as Sci character alone in the Voth ground BZ? Posted: 10 Jan 2020 04:53 AM PST I'm on my Klinc Jem Sci char with the lifetime android Sci boff and the liberated Borg Eng boff. Was just roaming around trying to finish off rest of my ground healing when a Mini T Rez named NPC spawned in so I sat back and let boffs kill it whilst I occasionally healed them, just as they were finishing it off an orbital strike hit it. I checked the instance count and I'm alone in instance 1. I was close to some NPC engineers that I'd just revived so I'm thinking it was them over my Eng boff? Whilst I'm on topic of ground BZs, please can we have them scaled to lvl 65? And one in gamma would be nice. [link] [comments] | ||

I know he wasn't in a lot of episodes, and many people contributed to the Star Trek universe and it's difficult to include them all, but I think his character is important to Star Trek. I'm not very experienced when it comes to choosing ships but if it helps, I currently use the T6 temporal battlecruiser. My player is a fed tactical. Choosing from the wide selection of ships is very difficult for me as I kinda have am biased towards temporal ships. I just really don't want something that could be considered worse than mine. | And now the Admiralty system is broken Posted: 09 Jan 2020 11:17 AM PST As many of you will be aware, the Admiralty system had been bugged in the players' favor for awhile now. A month, two months, something like that. Basically, the game never registered that daily bonus campaign XP had been awarded, so you could get your full daily allowances for all four campaigns really easily. Obviously that was going to get fixed eventually. However, Cryptic's idea of how to fix that has swung the pendulum waaaaaaaaaay in the other direction: now you don't get daily bonus campaing XP at all. The game definitely still thinks you do, because after you claim the rewards for the first mission of the day it removes the notification exclamation point indicating that a campaign is eligible for the daily bonus, but instead of giving you the normal amount awarded by the mission plus a bonus, it instead gives you ZERO (0) campaign XP. I don't have to tell you that this sucks for any new character, and especially for reaching the last couple of levels in a campaign, it turns Admiralty into an awful, irritating slog. I continue to be in awe of Cryptic's ability to add new bugs to their game with such stunning regularity. I get it, the game is old and there's all sorts of spaghetti code and everyone who ever worked on the game before like three years ago is gone now, but hey, maybe that means they should rebuild it from scratch in a new engine so their dang product works right?
