    I'm not here to complain about the "non-sale" pricing. It's Mudd's Market, I assume that's a joke. Not a very well thought out one, all things considered, but a joke.

    No, I'm here to talk about the real value of these items.

    The Vizier - 3500 Zen for a standard T6 is annoying to begin with. And we all remember how this was originally released - as a promo code with an Attack Wing mini. Which on launch, you could get for far less than the 35 USD the 3500 Zen costs at face value. Now, one could argue that it's still less than the scalper prices, and at least it's available now... but it's still annoying.

    But it's actually the item closest to worth it in this pack. Because the rest are a damned travesty.

    The Beacon of Kahless and an Ultimate Tech Upgrade. The Beacon is an ok summon but fuck me is it not worth 2k Zen, not when you can just use something like Delta. Yeah, it's got a nice little blind to it but Jesus 2k? I wouldn't pay more than 500z for it. The Ultimate Tech Upgrade doesn't really sweeten the deal enough to be worth twenty damned bucks.

    Same goes for the Furiadon. Sure, it's cool. But it's not actually all that useful. Again, TWENTY FUCKING BUCKS. For an item that's just not good. So we're valuing it purely on rule of cool. Twenty fucking bucks? I mean lets call the UTU 500z of that. Hell, let's give it 1000z of the value. The Furiadon is not worth ten dollars.

    At least the Cane/Shard/Reman/Breen pack comes with like, a few things for 2k. Not than any of them are earth shatteringly good on their own. Shard and Cane are nice, but v0v up to you if you want to spend twenty bucks on items that are mechanically meh and maybe decent for barbie reasons or collector reasons for the Bridge Officers.

    The Crystalline AP weapons though - being straight with you they're awful weapons and weren't worth your time when they were free, let alone TWENTY BUCKS.

    Did I mention they're asking TWENTY BUCKS FOR MOST OF THIS STUFF. It's almost all novelty items. 500z. Nix the UTUs. 500z and I'd buy each pack for the completionism. But this is just greedy.

    The EMH and Holoboff sets are more difficult to value, since they're on screen characters. I get wanting them for your own reasons, and for what they are I'm not really upset about the pricing that much.

    But the rest of this stuff? Get stuffed, Cryptic. You're losing my respect and patience, what little I had left for you.

    EDIT: I've changed my mind. The joke is not worth giving them the benefit of the doubt on. It's predatory. Go to hell, marketing dept.

    EDIT 2: OH HEY LISTING SALE PRICES WITH FULL PRICES NEVER BEING INTENDED TO BE USED IS ILLEGAL.

    Okay... Mudd's Market. I get it. It's a gimmick. Sure.

    Playing this off as a joke is a remarkably poor way to attempt to hide the (hopefully) vain hopes that someone will actually pay that especially with the 'daily sales, log in daily, or for the love of all that's *good* (?!) please, please let us rip you off'... This actively REEKS of desperation.
