Fek'Ihri Gok'tad Carrier pets stop dealing damage? Posted: 18 Jan 2021 08:56 AM PST Last night, the Lost Souls of Gre'thor from my Fek'Ihri Gok'tad Carrier didn't dealt any damage in the patrol Wanted. Today, on the last part of the Undying (part of the Wasteland story arc), on another character with a slightly different build, again, my pets engage the enemy, I see "criticals" flying around their target, but no damage... Anyone else experiencing this bug? Any way to get around it? The Gok'tad is fairly new, but the Lost souls have been around for a while. So I'm hoping it has some kind of solution, beyond just replacing them. Btw, the pets I'm using are those that came with the ship. [link] [comments]

Posted: 17 Jan 2021 01:03 PM PST My account was banned and I'm not sure why. I believe it happened some time within the last couple of weeks. I got no notice of any ban via EMail or Arc's platform. It might have something to do with getting a refund through Steam. I had purchased $50 of Zen through Steam during the Winter promotion and I never got my bonus, so I contacted both Arc and Steam. I had opened a ticket around the 19th-22nd of December and Arc and Steam had told me that I'd get my $50 back. I got my money back, and paid then the $50 that I got back through Arc so I could get my bonus. After I had refunded the original $50 purchase from Star Trek Online, I ended up having the original amount of currency from this purchase PLUS the amount I paid for to receive the promotion through Arc after spending the second $50 payment. I ended up having the equivalent of $113 of in game currency on STO even though I only spent $50. About a week went by and the extra currency in my account didn't get updated to reflect the amount I spent, so I started spending the currency. I assumed this was intended since the Zen wasn't taken away. I'm also fairly certain that I made sure not to go over my $50+bonus limit, so there should still be the equivalent of $50 Zen in my account. I assume it has something to do with the in game currency being detected as fraudulent. I was told by Arc Games to contact Steam about it and so I'm currently in the process of doing so. Steam has told me that this has nothing to do with Steam and it's all up to Cryptic. I'm really panicking about this because STO is one of my longest games played and I've had my new account since 2015. I'm a gold subscriber and I've spend hundreds of dollars on STO because I enjoy it and I feel like it's worth supporting. I'm scared that my account will be entirely deleted and I'll have to start all over again. Is my account safe and I'm just locked out or is it actually gone? I've been hearing that people have been banned for things like this before, such as this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/sto/comments/ktjxi2/after_10_years_of_playing_sto_i_decided_to_opt/ I understand that in Arc's terms of service, it indicates that Zen is a non refundable purchase. My issue here is that I did not intend to actually get my money back and keep it. I wanted to get my money back so I could pay Cryptic through their platform rather than Steam's so I could get my bonus. I made both Steam and Arc's support teams fully aware of this issue in my support tickets. I was not in any way attempting to perform a scam or fraudulent purchase. In oversimplicity: I spent $50 through Steam, didn't get my bonus, got a refund through Steam after opening a ticket with both Arc and Steam, then paid my $50 back through Arc and received my bonus. The original $50 of Zen from the original Steam purchase still remained in my account. I officially got my refund on January 12th which is assume around the time I got banned. I've been told to contact someone named Ambassador Kael. EDIT: I had a chat with a GM named Ovric, and they informed me that I have 5,000 Zen in my account, so apparently I did make sure not to go over my limit. Also I'm seeing some confusion as to me spending my Zen. What happened, was that I bought $50 of Zen through Steam, didn't get a bonus, talked with Arc and Steam about it, and got my refund approved. Then I spent the $50 again BEFORE MY REFUND ACTUALLY TOOK PLACE ON THE 12TH, but this time through Arc rather than Steam and I got my bonus. A week went by and no Zen got removed from my account, so I started spending the amount I legitimately owned rather than the extra $50 from the initial purchase BEFORE the refund actually took place on the 12th. Apparently the chargeback through Steam flagged STO's system to ban my account for whatever reason. [link] [comments]

Best Duty Officers for Beam Overload Builds? Posted: 17 Jan 2021 01:36 PM PST I have some EC to burn and I am looking for good duty officers to improve the DPS of my Beam Overload build. Currently, running a Aux2Batt so I have 3 purple techs, which leaves these 3 slots: My other 3 DOFFs are:
I have heard certain Borg DOFFs and some Purple DOFFs can really help builds. Suggestions? [link] [comments]
What is the IP address of the game server? Posted: 18 Jan 2021 04:03 AM PST I am experiencing strange lag & random disconnections since around 11.00 CET on 18/01/2021. [link] [comments]
What is the best starship for a Starfleet Tactical Officer such as myself? Posted: 18 Jan 2021 04:37 AM PST I personally like to escort tanks and do as much damage as I can, while keeping my stealth lowered for hit-and-run missions. I would like a F2P starship (not requiring Zen), but if there are no options, I'll grind for it. [link] [comments]
Delta Quadrant "What's Left Behind" Outpost 001 Crash (PS4) Posted: 17 Jan 2021 05:20 PM PST I recently encountered a bug while going through the mission "What's Left Behind" on my Ps4 I get to the point where you have to beam upon "Outpost 001" in the mission with your away team it loads to about halfway and crashes. I then can't go back into the game without restarting my console. Has anyone else encountered this issue or it just me? [link] [comments]
Is the Fleet Chargh Temporal Warship any good? Posted: 17 Jan 2021 01:09 PM PST I want to make a disruptor build for my tactical Klingon. Would this ship be good to try? [link] [comments] |
