    The latest error with the keys is the latest in a long line of errors(incorrect or non existing dates for example) Despite his promise to improve when they removed the calander, they seem to have gotten worse.

    It shouldn't be acceptable, to publish a blog with blatant false advertising as to the contents of a bundle and only address it after it releases.

    Bait-and-switch is a form of fraud used in retail sales but also employed in other contexts. First, customers are "baited" by merchants' advertising products or services at a low price, but when customers visit the store, they discover that the advertised goods are not available or the item purchased is not the item advertised.

    In the United States, courts have held that the purveyor using a bait-and-switch operation may be subject to a lawsuit by customers for false advertising, and can be sued for trademark infringement by competing manufacturers, retailers, and others who profit from the sale of the product used as bait. However, no cause of action will exist if the purveyor is capable of actually selling the goods advertised, but aggressively pushes a competing product.

    In England and Wales, bait and switch is banned under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. Breaking this law can result in a criminal prosecution, an unlimited fine and two years in jail.

    In Canada, this tactic is illegal under the Competition Act.

    In Australia, bait advertising is illegal under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (formerly known as the Trade Practices Act 1974).

    No legal expert and 5 keys isn't really anything of importance, but regardless, seems like a BAIT and Switch to me.

    Going back and editing the post AFTER people already purchased Zen to purchase Carrier Pack is deceptive. Period.

    Simple solution? Refund a portion of the zen or give the keys.

    T'Laru cannot equip Malem Support Frigates

    Well, i was looking forward on using these new Support Frigates on my T'Laru and apparently Malems are uneqiuppable on T'laru.

    If I'm informed correctly the new Support carrier class is Ra'nodaire Support Carrier Warbird [T6] and T'Laru is classified as Kelvin Timeline T'Laru Intel Carrier Warbird [T6] both in game. Both are Carrier Warbirds and i presume Full Carriers as well.

    Maybe I only misread something on announcement post. Or maybe it is intentional because those carriers are from different timelines.

    It seems there is always some issue with Material 4. It's forgotten and doesn't exist at all when some ships launch, or you can't set patterns. Did Cryptic just not have the time to get it done, or is there a problem with the way that things are setup that this always causes issues?

    Edit: I don't want to appear to ungrateful here -it's awesome that the new D7/K'tinga/Bird of Prey and Vor'Cha materials" are working, because I didn't expect them, but I did expect Material Type 4, so that's what my mind is focusing on. And that it happened before.

    Hi, with all the miss information and bugs with this shambles of a ship pack release I need a quick question answered. If I get the jemmy carrier can all my Fed and KDF toons use it once it reached T6 in its ship level like the previous jemmy carrier? As I can only afford one.

    What's your Favorite "Limited Time" TFO?

    My favorite was "To Hell with Honor", it was a special kind of chaos. Bozeman grew on me perhaps for nostalgia of running around some woods in Montana (never been). Best Served Cold was a special kind of nightmare with those freighters.

    P.S. I was glad they added Battle of the Binary Stars as a regular.
