    Request: Historic TFO’s

    I mentioned in another topic months ago how interesting it would be to release TFOs of historic battles from various episodes across trek. Some ones I can think of would be:

    Operation Return Battle of Chin'toka (Fist and Second) Battle of Sector 001 Battle of Wolf 359 Enterprise-D battle with Borg Cube (Best of Both Worlds pt 1) Siege of AR-558 (Ground)

    TFO's like Operation Return could be done in waves while 001 and Wolf would maybe have a "Super Cube"? Or can also be done in phases.

    While I do realize many of us (myself included) would very much like more storied content moving things forward I thought it would be neat to have these alongside Kobayashi and Binary Stars.

    Hello,

    I am currently working on a character idea which came to me when I found an item in game. But it boils down to a few things:

    Can the Sphere Builder tops be used with the Ranking pieces of the factions? Say the Sash of the Klingons, Romulan shoulderpads or Starfleet symbols? And if so, can they all be used at the same time? Akin to the Khitomer Alliance top if you're a Romulan who's on the Klingon side?

    If so, what are the more 'runic' type ships on the Klingon side aside from the Sarcophagus carrier? Or ships in general that have a weird feel to them?

    Klingon Recruitment? Good or Bad Idea for the new Klingon Update we're getting?

    Probably, most likely, not going to happen but don't you guys think a Klingon Recruitment would be the perfect venture for players new and old to get into playing Klingons and experiencing all the new changes to the faction? Over the course of years they've been slowly revamping cutscenes and content for the faction; what better way to show it off then getting everyone in on a recruitment event?

    The competitive rep engine that says "whenever you hit a control or drain power...", when I hit gravity well the speed boost does not go off. Is it a bug or I'm using it wrong?

    I know releasing ship after ship after ship, somehow makes Cryptic money...but I think many of us have many equally effective ships to choose from already...give us something new and challenging to use them for. I don't need the latest ship release, I have many of the previously released "new ship releases" and they can all kick ass because I have the build components for any type of play. Any new ship is a reshuffle of a ship I already have and like, just with a new skin. Why do I have all the equipment? Cause there's nothing else to do but grind and make up projects while waiting for something new to do. I have no reservations spending money to keep this game flourishing...but give me something worthwhile to spend it on.

    I try to watch the market, to gauge pricing on the stuff I list, but some of the higher-end stuff is more difficult to suss out, varying by millions of EC. So, I figured I'd crowdsource the baseline on some of my excess gear. For instance, what's a reasonable asking price on an Ultra-Rare Mk XV Plasma Dual Heavy Cannons [CrtD]x3 [Dmg], and what would it be for a Very Rare Mk XIV Plasma DHC [Acc]x2 [Dmg]?

    I imagine people looking for endgame-quality gear are probably digging into fleet/rep/crafted gear, Epic quality, etc, so I don't expect some of my excess gear to fly off the shelves, but I would like to eventually sell it without inadvertently gouging myself.

    I've toyed a little with the market to good effect, buying low and relisting higher, and I'm familiar with the basics - demand, scarcity, etc - but is there anything specific to STO a newb might miss, exchange-wise? (For example, waiting for Upgrade Weekend to sell stacks of tech upgrades and catalysts, and so on.)

    What's the plan/vision for Endeavors approaching 2021?

    The system was released in early 2019. Players who do Endeavors every day will finish in about two years. In early 2021, people who've been playing since 2019 will be completing the system, if they haven't already abandoned it due to maxing all the stats they're actually interested in.

    Will this system be expanded to maintain participation from the bulk of the player base? Will a catch-up mechanic be added for newer players? Will there be a revamp to encourage actual play rather than "beam here and spawn camp," "AFK in this mission," etc.? Any other changes in the pipeline?

    Friends list & friend log on/off not functioning correctly

    Since Thursday's patch I've noticed that I'm only receiving "log on" notifications from friends, and never "log off" notifications. Friends list also does not seem to update when people log on or off. Changing characters seems to update the friends list, but it immediately becomes unreliable when new people log on or off.

    Anyone else having this issue?

    I have one of the Choice Pack - Epic-Tier Phoenix Ship Account Unlock but have no idea what ship to get with it. None of the Phoenix Prize Pack ships jump out at me as "gotta have" so I am now thinking of making my decision based on the universal console that would come with the ship. I was considering the Bajoran Intercepter so I could snag the DOMINO because I have red nothing but good things about it but I am not sold on it yet. Since this is a rare opportunity to get something that's account unlocked, I was hoping for some feedback from those who have a Phoenix ship and could tell me about it's console and how it would benefit my toons. The majority of my toons are Fed, but I do have 3 KDF aligned. I predominantly play my Sci and Eng toons and one TOS Tac. Anyone have any feedback they would be willing to share?
