    Most of the lower tier science ships never made it to T6 while nearly all the cruisers and escorts got upgrades. I hope these guys get some love soon.

    Advice on starting a new fleet?

    Hi! I'm a relatively new STO player. I just hit Lvl. 65 with my character and I'm interested in experiencing Fleet building from the beginning (not necessarily looking to join a massive organization). However, I do not have any friends who play this game, which leads me to the conclusion that I should look around for other new players (and perhaps a veteran mentor) who want to experience fleet building from the ground up.

    Would anyone be willing to offer guidance (or possibly join me) in fleet building?

    I don't know how doable this is to implement, but I'd like some body-tattoos in the game. I know there are face-tattoos, but I dislike tattoos on faces.

    My Romulan would very much like to put a Republic Eagle on her left shoulder, a Tebok silhouette on her right leg (that's the ship she flies), and a combined Romulan/KDF logo on her right arm. My Andorian, Klingon and Cardassians could do with some tattoos as well.

    Hi so I've been playing STO for a while on my xbox and I've tried out most of the different "factions" and done the starting areas and gone to the main game.

    Is it just me or does the Discovery faction coast through enemies and flatten anything that comes near? I did the same thing with TOS and got wiped out continuously by the first mission post starter area and ended up deleting the toon?

    Playable Klingon removed from C-Store?

    The Fed Klingon doesn't seem to be anywhere.
    Nor does the Joined Trill, for that matter.

    Torpedos useless?

    I usually run a heavy cannon build. Specifically a bunch of anti-proton canons with the quad phasers. With the right balance of bridge officer buffs it works pretty well. So well in fact that I often kill my targets before my torpedos can get to them. Especially during TFOs. But recently, I've been considering swapping my quad phasers for the delta reputation Neutronic Torpedo Launcher so that I can get the full set bonus, which includes a 20% cool down to the torpedo and the Isokinetic Cannon.

    I'm going to try it out as I had a ton of extra delta reputation. But wanted to know everyone's thoughts. Are torpedos useless? Too slow to target?

    What's the best ship for a Romulan Republic toon? I'm a tactical characters and probably going for a damaging build, not exactly tanking, but who knows.
