    I'm not sure if this is console-only, or even just me: when I go to craft a secondary deflector, even though the dropdown defaults to deteriorating deflector, the actual item that is selected is the inhibiting deflector. I have to open the dropdown and explicitly choose the deteriorating deflector.

    How To Reach Global Cool Down Without A2B?

    I know how A2B works with the Doffs. I have some builds on other characters that use it.

    But I am doing a Science character, and need the Aux power for my build. I have gotten very close to hitting global all the time on other builds I have set up. But, if the fighting last too long, then the cool downs miss by about 5-10 seconds.

    I have up to 2 points in each classes skill tree that reduce cool downs. Can't afford more than that. I know about the console in the rep system that does it. And I have the Prolonged Phaser set from the Phoenix gamble boxes.

    Is there anything else for a Phaser build, that is science focused that will help?

    It's going to be some of the basic stuff. I watched the stream twice before posting, scarped for a more interesting things, but Jette really ran Mike through the most basic stuff.

    ​

    • Jette is most definitely aren't announcing T8 Millennium Falcon.
    • If boff ability exists, it'll show up in lieutenant commander tab, it is where all of them overlap.
    • DOMINO is the most slot-efficient damage console, but damage only.
    • Jette sees no reason not to slot Dynamic Power Redistribution Module (from Atlas Prototype Dreadnought Cruiser) and as a designer she sees a problem with that.
    • There's an obscure consumable "deuterium surplus" that's basically Evasive Manurers consumable in terms of buffs. Jette felt that she needed to mention it.
      • After you get first from Defence Contract mission, you'll get ability to craft additional ones.
        • By Jette's opinion, that mission is really "not the most shining recent content" (just liked the phrase).
    • Mobility is important to DPS, in terms of "moving to new target" and less time between engagements.
    • Ambush bonus only applies if you were cloaked for some (3?) seconds.
    • They are thinking about how to rework command abilities, but no ETA yet.
    • Mike is really satisfied by his 95 turn rate.
    • While Mike was setting up Vengence, they remembered its bug and then Jette remembered one that made tzenkethi escort bigger than DS9.
    • Jette talked about refined dilithium transfer.
      • It's when you post dilithium for selling on dilithium exchange for stupidly low price and then cancel offer while on the other character and withdraw the dilithium.
      • Jette recently brought up concept of letting you transfer it normally with account bank.

    Voth wide angle transphasic torpedo

    Can you use this on any ship or is it limited to Voth ships? It only comes on the Bulwark so it's a very expensive thing to acquire.

    Leave the DPRM Alone

    After reading the recap of the stream last night, I was disappointed to read that they feel the DPRM is too OP not to slot, Stating they are not happy with that, we can only conclude that a Nerf is coming.

    I implore cryptic to not Nerf the DPRM, many of us have spend a lot of EC and probably some real money to acquire this wonderful console.

    Nerfing it will be the ultimate kick in the teeth to us players.

    Instead of Nerfing the DPRM why not make an equivalent console that has similar power and abilities and make that a featured event reward or fuck it even throw it in Mudds Store?

    I saw someone wearing a bikini top in WW, and wondered, because I thought those were restricted to Risa. I tried it out in the tailor, and found out that it seems to be bugged for Caitians. My character was suddenly missing the majority of her torso. Her hands float freely, Rayman-style. Certainly this was just a visual bug in the tailor, and wouldn't appear like that in the world, right? Nope.

    It seems Caitians (and likely Ferasans) have two chest options. The "Feline Open" is the one that's bugged. The other one works fine. But when it said open, I don't think they meant THAT open.

    Proposed UI improvement: Complete all

    So not sure how this would be welcomed by the PC community, but I would very much like to see an option to claim ALL doff / admirality missions with the press of a single button, maybe divide to all doff and all admirality.

    Why? Clicking 15+ doff missions is a pain, especially if done multiple times a day. Same for 9 admiralityslots multiple times a day, clicking them 1by1.

    Just add a button to claim ALL at once. Less wear on the mouse and my fingers.
