    The landing page has become even more annoying after the patch on November 12, 2019. There's now an extra delay after the map loads and before the landing page is shown.

    On May 10, 2018, Kael said:

    Hey folks, we'll be making some changes to the landing page in an upcoming update - it was intended to only appear once per account, not once per character.

    That lasted for a few weeks, and then the landing page went right back to appearing once per character again. What's the purpose of showing the landing page so many times? Once per account login is enough.

    After having a peak at the Calendar in-game, I saw the Q's WW was on it, but my excitement was quickly turned sour as I noticed that they have cut nearly 2 weeks off the event! Last year it was 4th Dec-15th Jan, and this year it's 3rd Dec-2nd Jan. It's not often I'm left astounded and dumbstruck, but my jaw fell off too! Bad form Cryptic....Bad form! This means we have ONLY 5 days or so spare to cover any missed days rather than the usual 15.

    Breach Event is not awarding increasing dilithium

    Having used the legacy tokens yesterday to finish the Breach Event and then running two of the new Voth patrols for the 2500 dilithium I should have gotten 5000 dilithium today.

    Nope ... only 2500 and it says 2500 for tomorrows completion as well.

    So the scaling +2500 dilithium per bonus day isn't applying. :(

    Why do they always have to take away the little perks? They spend so much time screwing around with things that don't need to be touched, instead of focusing on fixes.

    I haven't done Kobali ground since the patch, I wonder if they've done this crap there too

    Tactical captain of a battlecruiser here,

    Recently I decided to branch out for fun (and because I just finished voyager, wanted an intrepid bad) and I was having fun with my first science ship. Decided to run TFO and realised "WOW, my damage is tribble droppings!" so I decided to refocus my new sci-ship into a buff/repair boat. I got too into it and pretty much forgot to actually shoot anything while trying to keep up with faster than light escort vessels. Come to the end and realise I got an afk ban. I found out you get afk'ed if you don't do a minimum percentage of damage, which is kinda making me regret grabbing the intrepid. My question is does this happen often to buff-focused captains or do I just need to adapt to my first sci-ship?

    Would it be possible for the official STO twitter account to please retweet any game related posts from the other devs?

    I decided to follow the devs on twitter because I was interested in seeing their tweets about the game. Unfortunately I wind up seeing a lot more of their political stuff than game stuff. So I was wondering would it be possible fro the official STO twitter account to reteweet any game related posts from the other devs? That way we can just follow the STO account and see those retweets without having to follow the actual dev accounts and see the political stuff. Please?

    I bought $200 worth of Zen (I just got a huge bonus at work) and never got it.

    I put in a support ticket and provided screenshots of the transactions.

    Like the topic says, does ARC normally resolve these issues quickly, or will I be out zen for a while? Kind of sad, because I was about to buy a lifetime. I'm now rethinking it ):

    This happened to myself and many others just after this recent update, as a fleet member of mine told me their cash was also eaten too.

    Don't forget to turn in your unused featured TFO commendations as legacy tokens. You'll complete the current event much faster if not immediately and these tokens are applied towards the 2100 for the Phoenix ship.

    Is anyone else having graphics and lag/rubber banding issues?

    So I noticed they changed some ways of the shading, like the previews on the side in the tailor are different. They also added shininess to the 2.0 hair. But jeez my graphics card is freaking out.

    Also, I rarely ever rubber band. I only rubber band if I'm on a rare instance with a crappy server. I was rubber banding and stuck in one spot in the tfo for 9 seconds rubber banding constantly. It looked so bad. It's also really laggy and slow everywhere. I've also tried every type of shadowing, they all have it. I can't replace my card because I use a laptop.

    Is anyone else getting these issues? Or is it just me?

    can anyone with a Mirror Engle and a C-Store Earhart please tell me if you can use the 25'th century skin on the Mirror Engle or not?

    since that would be the only reason for me to buy one - and it would be an instant buy at that. and yeah, maybe PC test server access would work too, if that still exists (i wouldn't know since i don't have a PC but play on console).

    so silly BTW that when they announce/ advertise a new ship, they hardly ever clarify anything about it's cosmetic features unlocks: they want to sell that stuff, in-game cosmetics are a major factor in driving Whales into buying anything, but then they save the tiny extra effort to clarify that stuff in their announcements like every time? seems detrimental to their goals.

    yeah, i'm here since long enough to know that any Terran variants of Starfleet ships can usually equip all the Starfleet counterpart skins and the other way around - but given their track record of so oftentimes shoddy work and releases i would really like to know about more than average cosmetic feature unlocks for sure before again dropping money equivalent to half a "full price game" for really just the special cosmetic unlock that they refuse to clarify like every time, it's a quite absurd situation if you think about it really IMO.

    Ship interior invites broken

    With today's patch, it looks like ship interior invites are broken. Tried inviting others to my bridge with both the UI invite box, as well as the /interiorinvite @Name command, and neither seem to be working for me.

    Anyone else having this issue?

    Looking for some help on Vulcan clothing. I have a Vulcan toon with a Vulcan bridge crew and on that character I am flying the Vulcan scout ship T'Pau ship and I would like to theme my crew in robes, but I can't seem to find anything for myself and bridge crew. Any recommendations?

    So I'm trying to get the Vonph because I love big ass carriers, I even bought the JH Vanguard Carrier and it's a blast, it's everything I was looking for: huge, intimidating mothership and lots of pets, so many I can't count them all.

    Unfortunately the ship is sitting at ~950 million EC on the exchange, and I'm doing only a couple of millions per day (right now I've got ~6 million EC). I even bought 2 keys hoping to get at least 10 millions easily but it looks like I have to wait a week before selling them.

    I feel like I'm missing something here, how can I farm so many EC without grinding continuously for a year or more? Should I buy and sell keys with dilithium/zen? With the current exchange rate I think it would be extremely ineffective though...

    I have already bought the EC limit increase thingy and I have 1 character for every main faction (Fed,KDF,Rom,JH) but I only use the Fed one extensively, and left the others after completing their unique story arcs.

    Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance :)

    can't use event coupon for "Qugh Miracle Worker Battlecruiser" yet I got a gagarin on my last one. What gives?

    The title says it all. The new coupon I can't appear to get the kdg equivalent of the gagarin which makes no sense at all to me.

    Gonna keep this up in case someone comes across it but I made the common mistake of trying to claim it on an alt that had no free active ship slots. Please downvote if this is above zero but im not going to delete in case it helps when someone searches.
