    Advice for new players: Phoenix Prize Pack account unlocks

    Hello everyone! I'm making this post for newer players who might not know which items in the Phoenix Prize Pack are account unlocked, or if existing players might not know either. Not everything is account unlock-able but a few things are, mostly Sompek stuff and the prolonged engagement set I'll update if i find more (I just noticed it says if it was featured in the weekend event store it account reclaimable upon requisition but I'm already committed) To obtain these on other characters simply go to the reclaim store.

    Notes:

    • If you buy the beam or duel cannons the other unlocks in the reclaim store as well.
    • the [Sompek Pulsewave Mk XIII] despite being a part of Sompek set listed is not account reclaimable as it was not part of the weekend event store.

    Vorgon battleship...?

    Hi, I'm relatively new to STO (even though I'm level 64), and this is the second time I got stuck with a mission in this game (the first one was with a Voth ship that drained my shields as nothing, but then I realized I was able to drain shields too lol). This time around, I got stuck in the mission Vorgon Conclussions. I just can't deal more than 5% damage to that vorgon battleship before it completely wipes me out of the existence. I have already searched for other tips here in reddit, like using ship gear that increases ressistance to Tetryon damage. In that case, I'm using 3 engineering consoles that increase the damage ressistance rating to various types of weapons, including Tetryon weaps. Two of them increases it by 24.4, and the third one by 26.6, however, I see almost no difference between using them or not. Unlike that Voth ship that I just mentioned, (which my problem with it was that It drained my shields like nothing, but then I realized I was able to do it aswell, so, that solved my problem), this Vorgon Battleship just melts my shields out with pure firepower, and I cannot even drain a little bit of its shields. The maxinum damage I was able to deal to it was like 12%, and that was using all of my arsenal (like evasive maneouvers, emergency energy to shields, shield draining, high yield torpedes, etc). I'm perfectly aware that it's very likely that I'm the one who's doing something wrong, or not using something I should, because I put almost all of my focus into the story and not so much into things like crafting or upgrading, and because of that, I don't know how to craft things like better weapons or upgrading the ones that I already own. So please, if somebody can help me by telling me which kind of strategy, weapon, shield, quick power or even which ships are the best ones to defeat this freaking ship, I would be very thankful, because I wanna continue playing this game's story, but at the same time I don't want just skip this mission because I want see what happens next. And by the way, this is my ship loadout You're probably laughing at me because of my loadout, but I don't have a framework of how bad it is because I normally not inside this community, but hey, it's a very humble one :')

    And just as a commentary, I have died easily more than 30 times trying to even lower its hull below 95%, and I'm just done with it. Other missions with some sort of a powerful ship like the D'deridex where I could die 2 or 3 times trying to destroy it, I actually find that kind of 'challenging', however, I feel like the Yesterday's war story arc is drastially harder than the previous arc (The Iconian War), and this specific mission I think it's just ridiculous. This is just my opinion from a casual player's point of view.

    Xbox ARC log in bugged

    Im trying to log in to my ARC account on xbox but after putting in password and email I get a message saying "Arc cannot connect to the server. Please try again later" but I can clearly see my account logged in in the background of that message. Anybody know how to fix?

    I went up against this dude, and I thought I was ready for the world. I was like "COME AT ME BRO." And he came the fuck at me. Dude destroyed my ship IN ONE FUCKING BARRAGE. He melted my shields like hot piss going through snow. I had been running through NPC like nothing, but this dude raped me. And then laughed as the screen showed, YOU HAVE BEEN FUCKING DESTROYED. I have a LONG way to go it seems before I am a threat to anyone other than the kingons.

    GAME STALLS AT "CRYPTIC" TITLE SCREEN.

    Launching the game, it goes straight to the black Cryptic screen, then hangs there. Checking Windows monitor it shows "Not Responding"

    Running Windows 10 PRo 1903 up to date
    GA-78LMT MB version 6.0 all drivers up to date
    AMD FX-4300 quad core
    8 gig of ram
    Geforce GTX 750. Drivers up to date.

    I have tried the following

    Force Verify
    Removing the .hogg files
    Having the game rewrite the FXprefs.Pref and the Gameprefs.Pref after I backed them up of course.
    -NoAutoRotateLogs added to comment line in loader.

    Nvidia Graphics are up to date, along with all other drivers.

    I'm at a loss at what else to try.
