    K’mpeck’s Qo’nos One

    Gorkon used a D7 for his Qo'nos One as it was one of the best ships the Klingons had to offer.

    However why would K'mpeck use a Vor'Cha class instead of a Neg'Var class ship? (Beyond the fact they were trying to sell the Legendary Vor'Cha)

    Legendary D7 "Missing Traits and Consoles"

    This seems to be the the first "Legendary" ship that has Consoles and Traits from previous versions omitted from the bundle.

    The only listed additional trait and console are from the D7 Temporal Battlecruiser.

    Considering that anyone who owns either the Legendary Romulan Bundle, or the 2020 Legendary Bundle (or even both) - would already have both the "Built to Last" Starship trait and the "Ominous Device" console, this is really disappointing.

    If the logic of previous Legendary ships was actually followed here, then there are two other T6 D7s whose associated equipment should be included with the Legendary D7:

    D7 Miracle Worker Flight Deck Carrier Starship Trait: The Ruin of our Enemies Universal Console: Render Visible

    Kelvin Timeline D7 Heavy Destroyer Starship Trait: Into the Fray Universal Console: Advanced Engagement System

    This would have been a guaranteed purchase for me, whereas now there isn't really anything in here that I can justify spending nearly 200 AUD on.

    Am I completely missing something here?

    Auto powers not working on xbox

    Anyone else randomly not having their auto powers not going off, nor universal consoles? I can open the wheel, and look at powers (not greyed out or anything) not going off unless i click them. Happens in pvp, tfos, everywhere. If i entirely remove everything, then set powers to not go off, then go into a patrol and activate the powers, them replace the gear to my ship, auto powers work for a little bit (like 2-3 tfos).

    Annoying enough when plasma storm never goes off for an entire tfo, but it's game breaking when i have no cooldown because photonic officer never works and i'm exposed because intel team never pops. I might as well be flying a shuttlecraft. This has been happening since last weekend, accross multiple toons. Either i live in the wheels flying in a line not shooting and have powers, or shoot with no buffs nor debuffs (goodbye beam overload and structural analysis). Remind me why i spend money on this dumpster fire of a game? Also, remind me to stop playing sto after any update for at least a month. When was the last time an update didn't break the game? Usually by bringing back bugs they for the most part fixed years earlier? Also, fix the damn cloaking device on console.

    Tldr: not another freaking dime to cryptic until we have a game that at least kinda works.

    Returning lifetime sub with 25k zen to spend

    Got a new rig and am now back among the pc master race.

    Was a lifetime subscriber and now I return to find I have 25k zen accrued.

    I am looking at the 11th anniversary legendary bundle. What do you say I should spend it on?

    Title. This Alliance stuff makes me worried that Cryptic will run out of antagonists. Yeah, we can still kill Klingons but the revamped Klingon missions and the civil war does not make too much sense from a Federation perspective. We can't torch down the egalitarian rabble that is the Federation - apart from the KDF tutorial. Sure, there are Terrans, but still. (The Romulans being a lapdog of the two makes sense, though I still hope for an eventual Foundry mission where New Romulus get Khitomer'd.)

    Then there is the Dominion. The Female Founder did nothing wrong, of course - she was the last character that actually acted the way she was supposed to, based on her character in DS9, but Odo selling out his people like that by joining those Alpha Quadrant barbarians...a permanent truce or non-aggression pact would have made more sense.

    And all of these developments lead to me being concerned that apart from forcing in new antagonists from Discovery (does not make sense without plenty of time travel shenanigans, at least the Temporal arc had the Annorax) Cryptic will have to resort to inventing increasingly less canon alien-of-the-weeks, and while genociding generic races might be entertaining, it kind of limits the scope of storytelling. Perhaps, we could fast-forward to 24xx, when the Alliance goes the way of the League of Nations? idk tbh. Rant over, thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

    Trying to decide which Tier 6 Scimitar to choose. I was leaning towards the Science variant as I really like the Sci variant of the Bortasqu' more than the other 2. But the Tactical variant with 5 Tac Consoles instead of 3.

    I plan on getting 1 of the Scim and Oddy each for the sake of the collection for the Aesthetics to go with the T6 Bortasqu' Sci. (Have the 3 pack of the T5 Bortasqu' which is what motivated me to go with at least the T6 Sci for a Permanent Staple on my KDF toons, but buying the 3 pack.) Oddy I am undecided between Sci and Eng but that Vessel has the lowest priority for me atm.

    As I will have all 3 ship traits I am just looking at the raw performance of the ships with mostly Mk XII Purple gear equiped as It will be used on newer alts that aren't geared with anything other than Muds Corrosive Plasma Weapon boxes, Reputation project box items, the Revolutionary Space set and other gear from the events for the most part.
