    I was able to refill my marks on half a dozen characters especially with the marks bonus active, got several reputations up and got alot of dilithium that takes me weeks to refine, had lots of fun farming tholian red alert with different groups from noob to pro, refilled my salvage on all characters involved...

    THIS feels rewarding! No sarcasm. I actually enjoyed this compared to boring grinding of the spire or the breach.

    Please Make a T6 Fleet Escort

    Hello friends

    Edit: Sorry everyone i forgot they renamed them to patrol escorts when fleet ships became a thing.

    I've been a part of this game's community from the moment i've learned about it, and back in the day, when you could sub for 15 bucks a month, and the highest pinnacle of awesome was tier 5 mark 12, I flew my awesome Patrol escorts.

    The Hermes, gryphon, and dervish, and maelstrom, and ultimately the tempest. were some of the coolest ships in the game. i still keep my maelstrom/hermes mix close to my heart.

    These ships provided an excellent balance of damage and a touch of tankiness that helped a new player learn how to drive escorts, which then could be converted to full on damage and turn rate support when you got a better handle on what you are doing.

    I fell it is time, with the titan getting the t6 treatment, i feel like the next logical step would be either a T6 Patrol escort.

    When the inevitable increase the dilithium refine cap comes up again tell them this:

    A reoccuring theme over the years has been that every once in a while some people are arguing for an increase of the dilithium refine cap without realizing what they are really asking for.

    In 2013 when Neverwinter launched I pointed out that it had double the daily cap while its gear had almost thrice the cost if you tried to compare it with STO. That got shot down with "You cannot compare that" "Neverwinter premium currency is directly linked to yada yada" and other fun stuff.

    Now with the softlaunch of Magic Legends we finally have some hard evidence that the last thing any sane player wants is an increase of the daily dilithium refine cap.

    - ML has an account refine cap instead of character cap.

    - Initially that cap was 10,000 a day which was increased to 50,000 a day. Prices were adjusted upwards 5x too, reward payouts not even close.

    As a result the 385 million initial seed cryptic placed on the ML currency exchange was gobbled up in less than a week.

    So please go ahead and ask for that cap increase for STO and shoot yourself in the foot by doing so.

    What makes this one so rough is that you can't do this in a random pug. You need people who are able to either pull agro or reposition the ships coming out of the time portals. Also, the fact that you can't or it cancels the interact with the time portals if you receive ANY damage. Krenim especially makes this very annoying when the Krenim use their bullshit AoE damage field. Combining all the factions that use temporal and intel abilities just makes this STF not fun at all to play. I'm sure there are people out there that run pre-mades and have a lot of fun with this STF but random pugs just don't work and it's a total slog. I cry a little every time I get this in my rSTF. This is a mission that needs to be removed from randoms.

    Sword of Sto'Vo'Kor didn't upgrade after 1000 melee kills.

    So I completed the 1000 melee kills on my Klingon Recruit today, then claimed the reward in my communicator, but nothing changed on my sword and it still doesn't have the option to upgrade. Anyone run into this as well? This toon is only at lvl 55 but I that shouldn't make a difference, right?

    Hey all, this only happens on one toon. When I'm at full impulse and I select a boff skill the ship goes to red alert and stops, does anyone the setting that turns this off it doesn't happen on my other alts.

    Name that recruit.

    Been having an issue with names on my Klingon recruits not matching up with the name I changed it to. For instance, I made a new recruit yesterday and her name came up Shezer randomly. I changed the name to Ardala at character creation, and it does say,at the character menu Ardala. When I go to the character tab in the game it reads lieutenant Shezer, and in dialogue, her name comes up as Shezer. Anyone else have this happen? Not a big deal, just kind of odd. I've got a lot of other characters but only the recruits have this name glitch.

    I never play MMO's or really any online multiplayer unless with friends I know (grew up in the 90's and early 2000's so local multiplayer is my go too). I am loving the game and have a level 44 TOS Andorian, but I get invites to fleets all the time. Why should I join one and what is the value in joining one? I know I sound like an old man but I have just never done any kind of online multiplayer. Also do I need to start a fleet to play with my friends if I convince them to play? Is it common to play this game by yourself?

    Why do the devs say certain kitbashes wont work for scaling reasons, but they arbitrarily change the scale of ships they want to like the La Sirena?

    In the past when peopled have asked about why certain ships can't be kitbashed (like the TOS and disco connies, as 1 example) the devs say it is because of scaling issues. But then they change the scale of ships like La Sirena(much bigger in game than in the show) whenever they want. What's the deal with this?
