    Resetting the bug report thread to clean out old reports and improve visibility of new ones. The previous thread may be found here.

    To make your reports more useful, please try to follow the following template:

    Platform: Are you playing on PC, Playstation or XBox?

    Character/Account: What character and account the bug was encountered with.

    Bug/Issue Description: Describe the bug in as much detail as possible, ideally including both what should happen versus what does happen.

    Steps to Reproduce: Assuming the bug is reproducible, what steps must be taken to re-encounter it. As basic and 'algorithmic' as possible.

    Additional Media: If there is any supporting media to describe or 'prove' the bug, images or video, they go here.

    This is meant to help your bugs be identified and hopefully fixed quicker, as well as remove some of the clutter/duplicate reports we often see in the megathread which only hinder its usefulness.

    As always, please also submit bug reports through the official channels.

    It didn't have much function to it, fit I could see my characters, bridge officers and ships on my phone away from home. Even made some wallpapers using screenshots back then.

    Epic Starter Pack - No longer able to redeem on an Arc account

    Having spoken to Arc and Epic it appears you are no longer able to redeem the Epic starter pack on Arc accounts. Epic has removed the ability to link between Epic and Arc accounts which means the pack can only be redeemed on a brand new epic account. This of course means that to use the purchased pack I would have to start on a brand new account.

    What's worse is two of my friends did this just last week but I was waiting for payday to get it. They were able to buy the pack on Epic and then link to their Arc accounts and then reclaim the pack in game.

    EDIT: Epic has just got back to me about the refund and told me they will not refund me.

    I hurt myself getting the Section 31 Vanity Shield

    So, I had a weapon pack in my bank I'd forgotten about, so I opened it and picked Covert, hoping to get a beam array.

    I got dual. Boo.

    But then I saw the gold text. The Vanity Shield. I literally jumped up out of my seat.

    My foot came down on the leg of my rolling chair, which proceeded to roll out from under me. I went chest first into a small, but sturdy table, knocking the wind out of me.

    Totally worth it.

    I've been playing on and off for a few years but only within the last 12 months started playing seriously, In that time I've nearly maxed out all reputations and gotten all the weapons, Kits, Vanity shields, Consoles, Ship components etc... that go along with each rep, Just a few more to go, Along with a fair few lockbox weapons, Both space and ground, All mission set rewards as well as crafted weapons, Holiday/event items, Lobi space weapons, Lobi ground weapons, Lobi armour, Lobi costumes, Lobi pets etc....

    And yeah... I'm quickly running out of inventory space in the bank and on my main character with no real way to organise it and I have both spaces fully upgraded through Zen, All the items I have I do not want to throw away as they can all be used in different builds and a fair few I can never get again.

    Now if we had storage tabs/sections in our banks like you can have for fleet banks this could alleviate a massive amount of inventory issues, Yes this would require a quality of life update, Giving us more personal bank space and enabling us to have multiple tabs, Just like fleet banks but each tab having more space.

    To put things into perspective, We have on a fully upgraded personal inventory and personal bank a total amount of space of 552 combined, This may seem like a lot but once you factor in the numbers it really isn't and gets messy really quickly due to having no real way to organise neatly, The issue isn't really the amount of space we have but the complete lack of ability to organise neatly.

    Total number of reputation AND mission reward set pieces JUST for visual appearance -

    If we factor in ALL reputation items regardless of if they give a ship visual, Including ground armour, Kits, Consoles and weaponry, That number jumps up to -

    255

    255, That's just from reputation items and roughly 10 mission reward items that also give a ship visual i.e Reman shields etc...

    Then comes the story/mission rewards for sets of weapons, Consoles and ship components like House Martok, Quantum Phase set etc... Put crafted weapon sets and loadouts for different play styles, Event items, Weapons, Consoles etc... and things get messy extremely quickly.

    We already know you can have multiple tabs for fleet storage, Please give us the ability to do the same for personal storage, start out as having the ability to have 10 different tabs in our banks, Or a decent amount of tabs at least, Then let us upgrade each tabs storage limit to the same size as our current bank max, You could do this through Zen so it would be another revenue source for you.

    This would cure such a massive headache and give those of us who actually like to be organised a chance at being organised instead of just having a heap.

    Harvest materials (Space) endeavor quick and easy story mission

    Googling this gave me patrols but no story missions since I play casually (I don't do the patrols).

    But the mission "Coliseum" in "Romulan Mystery" story arc has 2 harvest nodes near the derelict hulk right in the warp in. Rinse and repeat as needed.

    Hope this helps others and shows up in the search results so I can reference this easily in the future. Good hunting.

    Forget Gravity Kills. Days of Doom is both the worst and best

    Gravity Kills works great 9/10 times with a pug. Particularly if I have a cloak.

    But the worst, man that's Days of Doom. I just got through doing it as part of the universal endeavor and man is that rough. There's no coordination, which it requires. Lining up the bombs can be a major pain

    But it's also the best because the failure option has a great cutscene.

    To any of the folks who have bought the Mudd pack and chosen the holo boffs, are they unlocked for KDF as well? I would really like Bashir on my KDF characters. I bought the medical promo bundle a while back and while Bashir is unlocked for Fed, KDF gets an EMH with no space traits. Anyway thanks in advance.

    Dual beam banks fire from RCS thrusters on the Ambassador

    The dual beam banks on my T6 Ambassador fire from the RCS thrusters, I have no idea why, the Narendra doesn't fire from its RCS thrusters, it's really weird. I would have posted pictures, but I would've had to take them on my phone, but I chose not to because people here can be really mean about it.

    Mudd’s Wormhole Bundle choice

    Not sure what to pick between the holo officers and the Ferengi ship.

    I don't normally use holo officers as I hate that you cannot customize them. But they do have some good traits.

    The ship seems like the logical choice but I'd honestly never fly it and the console and trait look pretty useless.

    Any advice?

    Has there been any update on the free weapon? I know that they said it was last week but as usual messed up and said it was going for the 16th but there has yet to be anything in the microsoft store about it.
